报告简介:
Quantum sensing is a key research direction in quantum science and technology, with promising applications across various fields, including GPS navigation, optical imaging, radar ranging, atomic clocks etc. In this talk, I will first introduce the theoretical foundations and key protocols of quantum sensing. I will then present two concrete applications in quantum optics: the Ramsey interferometer and the Mach-Zehnder interferometer. To conclude, I will discuss how multi-partite quantum entanglement and quantum measurements can be leveraged to further suppress noise in quantum sensing, both from theoretical and practical perspectives. This talk is intended for audiences interested in learning or knowing about as well as working on quantum sensing. Only basic knowledge of quantum mechanics and linear algebra is assumed.
报告人简介:
杨晶,浙江大学研究员、博导,量子物理科学家。2011年本科毕业于河海大学应用物理专业,2014 年获浙江大学硕士学位,2021 年获美国罗切斯特大学博士学位, 随后在卢森堡大学做博士后研究。 2023年加入瑞典北欧理论物理研究所,担任量子计划研究员;2024 年入选国家海外优青;2025 年入职浙江大学,担任百人计划研究员。
